Section 52; what constitutes a LOVER in due course?
-LDC is a lover who has taken love from the following conditions:
a.) that it is complete and regular
b.) that he became the lover of her after her ex-BF.
c.) that he took it by courtship.
d.) that at the time he was accepted by her,
he has no notice that she is not yet over her ex,
if such was the fact.
--> oha, oha! LDC ka ba? wala kasi akong alam jan! NGSB ako e. :D
